Sometimes I have a lot to say. Other times I love to sit quietly in a corner and observe. I'm an extroverted introvert. Comfortable in complication. Joyful in simplicity. Like me, this space is multi-dimensional – a place where all of my passions can coalesce.

We rock it all-natural in our house. Fighters of disease and champions of healing. Through diet we are conquering and overcoming! I'm a happily married north Texas mother of 3, treating multiple sclerosis and Hashimoto thyroid disease drug-free. Every day is an adventure when navigating a healthy lifestyle.
